Source documents are Australian journal articles, conference papers and academic research papers. Subject coverage includes accounting, auditing, taxation, insolvency, financial management, corporation law, banking, electronic data processing, management and superannuation.

The Legal Database is a collection of legal and policy information. Here you have access to much of the material the Australian Tax Office uses when making decisions, including: Legislation and supporting material, Public Rulings and Determinations, Case Decision Summaries (details of important decisions made by the ATO), ATO Practice Statements (directions to ATO staff on how to apply the laws administered by the Commissioner), Tax related case law.

Australian Securities Commission: Free searches provide basic details about an organisation on ASIC's National Names Index. Simply enter the organisation's name and/or the ABN or ACN number. This gives you general information such as: company names, business names,(national), Australian Company Numbers (ACNs) and Australian Registered Body Numbers (ARBNs), type of company, locality of the office, list of documents lodged etc.
